Question re: 2010-11 Ashes Series vodaphone cards/set...

I'm talking about the ones where you get two mini-bats and two matching cards. I picked up packs 1-6 the other day from my local woolies (at 29 cents each why not?) and found out that the set was actually a sixteen card set - not 12. does anyone know if the following card numbers were ever made? #4, 5, 9, 11. All of them look to be Aussies but I have no idea who they might be. I really do hate having incomplete sets.
