Question about redemptions.

Hi Guys I hit 2 redemptions in a Cherry group break this evening and being a newbie I have a couple of questions in regards to them:

1. How do i go about redeeming and do the cards usually make it safely to Oz?

2. One of my redemptions is dated expired 2015 do they still honour them?

For those playing along at home i got:

2013-14 Panini Signatures:

Giannis Antetokounmpo - Franchise Graphs RC #23

16-17 Noir - Marquese Chriss - RPA Colour #125

1. Need to create a panini account here http://www.paniniamerica.net/CustServ/ and then log the redemption under my requests -> new requests. Yeah they ship direct to Oz no problems.

2. Yes, if it's not recognised by the system you may need to email them though

Final question for your or someone else? Why can some cards be both found in a pack or be obtained by redemption (will there be some sort of difference with the redemption one)

No difference (if same set), mainly it's due to a delay receiving the cards back from the player or not being able to arrange a signing in time for the product release

Thanks mate..it does look amazing. I don't really collect Giannis..but that card does look amazing. i might have to keep it for the PC
