Question about card thickness

Hey all

Ive been looking at getting some of those one touch magnetic card holder things and they mention they suit cards of certain "pt"... Im guessing this is a thickness measurement? If so is there a guide on the varying thicknesses of Select cards? Can anyone provide any more information on this, and also maybe some suggestions on how to best store and display high value cards?

This is assuming Select follows the same stock weights as US sportscards.

A standard base card is 20pt, so just use regular or standard holders.

If you have a thicker than normal card, stack a bunch of base cards next to it and see how many it takes to match the thickness. Then multiply that number by 20.

If it takes 6 cards, then your thicker card is 120pt, so use a 120 or 130pt holder; personally I'd use a 130 to ensure there's no pressure being placed on the card.
