Purchasing from a new member

Hi
I'm thinking about buying some cards of a new member with 0 feedback.
Is the process the same as trading? Can I receive first and pay after? Or return if I'm not happy with the quality if the card(s) sent?
Not real sure on the rules in this situation.

Under 10 feedback send first. Be it trade or sale. In this situation they send first, when you receive it, You can then send payment.

If the member refuses, l would contact a Mod. Rules are made so we trade/buy/sell in a safe enviroment.

Also keep in mind with the under 10 rule:

a) Members with less than 10 feedback on OzCardTrader MUST SEND FIRST unless the person can provide references from other trading websites and/or eBay with trading card history to the satisfaction of the member they are trading with.

At the end of the day do enough to protect yourself.

Not really if they can show feedback of 10+ on eBay or other boards that's acceptable as well and won't require to send first.

Thanks guys. I have enforced the send first rule multiple times with trading I just wasn't sure when $$$ exchanged hands.
