Hey guys...

I need some help and advice if possible. I am looking to purchase a new new home theatre set up for when we move into our new home. This will consist of a 55' or bigger plasma, 7.1 channel home theatre and a bluray player. :kick:

What i need to know is if any of you have purchased this sort of thing online before and if so where from?? What are the advantages to purchasing online and what can be the disadvantages...

Any help would be really appreciated.

Cheers

I have recently purchased a 54inch Panasonic Plasma and matching blue ray player (even have my netgear wireless game adapter on the blue ray for online stuff) and a 7.2 Sony surround sound system (two amps, one amp is just for the two subwoofers) :woot: got the lot from RT Edwards, very happy with their stuff and service, price etc.

Phone # is there to ring that i would assume tells you when they are relaunching. Maybe their warehouse go washed away D:

I dont buy big items online anymore as I Had too many faults and it ended up costing me then I expected.

1. I bought a computer monitor for $300, come with few dead pixels. So I had to ship it back at my own cost. Another one arrived totally dead. so Had to ship it back a second time and finally got one which only had 1 stuck pixel. so I said **** it it will do.

2. I bought an LCD tv and it got damaged in transport (unlucky) so they claimed. Had to ship that crap back.

So I usually go to jb hifi now and compare it to online price. If it is with 20% i buy it local so much less hassel when it breaks.
