Can't say I've been playing much because of uni, but I am looking forward to potentially meeting you after the reg season in OCT S2 playoffs!

What format are we taking this time Digz?

- How Many Teams
- Draft Format
- Divisions or Conferences

Are we able to have just an Eastern Conference and a Western Conference? I just think seeding the teams best 1-8 based completely on record is still the best option. Guarantee's the best players will end up going the furthest bar a playoff upset.

Cheers Jimbo. Only back for this week...then I'm off for perhaps 4 weeks in a row

Played the 2nd game. Was tight until the 4th. I hit a trey with Melo to be up 3 going into the last, then got out to as much as 10. He pegged it back to 4, but I was able to close it out. Was good to have a jump shot again. I changed back to my old controller (despite it sporadically turning R2 on when I don't want to at random times) and my shooting was good again! Thinking the cheap controller I bought off eBay, while looking legit, has a little extra lag...cause I don't think I was that crash hot exiting the 1st game and coming into the 2nd that it'd turn around so quick!

We have put the Divisions/Conference fomat to a vote before with divisions winning. I'm happy to send it to a vote again.

I still prefer the division format. You make the playoffs and your fate is in your own hands as per any sport. Based on your concerns applied to Season 1, Verse wouldn't have even made the playoffs and since then he has gone on to defeat the higher ranked team to advance. I think it should be as per the format the NBA uses for this reason...anything can happen in the playoffs once you have a chance to play the opponent repeatedly and learn new approaches of how to combat their strengths. Ranga beating the Celtics after a 30-0 season is another perfect example.

I'm looking at doing an extra league for those that want to play more games. I'm not trying any crazy stuff. I'm looking forward to season 3 & don't want my league to p!ss anyone off. So I don't want it to stop me getting into S3. I think season 3 should be the same as S2 besides maybe more games & not being rude but people that are actually gonna play & interact in the league.

40 Game Season.

Most people said they wanted more than 30 and the only two higher options are 40 and 82. I don't think the league would stay active enough over an 82 game season.

Yep im happy with playing another league Wiz. As for S3 i agree, if you aren't going to play games DONT JOIN!!!!

Nothing worse than the stalemate that happens once you get half your games done, its not fun chasing people down to finish games especially when those people are always online when you are but they have other things to do every time you try to get a game or they just ignore your messages all together

Yeah I still have plenty of spots left. Only created it a couple days ago. It's fantasy draft, 40 games 30 teams but if it takes forever to get users I'll drop it down. 8 minute quarters, flexible schedule with trading. I did it for guys that wanna play more online league games. I don't want guys that rarely play their games & d!ck everyone around.

Far out Mattbowen is annoying. He NEVER replies to me. Tried to get my game played last weekend. He has a heap of playing to do this week too it seems, yet he'll likely never reply to anyone's messages...

Yeah hes always on cod ive actually started playing cod with him heaps lately, i dont know why he doesnt reply because as soon as i get on the ps3 he wants to party up with me, so its not like hes away. I got all my games done for season 2 last week when i played mattbowen to finish it off.

Yeah, I wish I was that lucky. Sometimes I get just a "no" from him. I'll hopefully get it done by sunday and then I'll work on my other games when need be until I'm back around for good.

I don't think that is very promising. Did he not say something similar about joining season 2?

Quite simply I don't think a "promise" from an unreliable person like him should hold much validation...

What reason has he got for not playing in S2 anyway? He's got an amazing team..

Yeah I haven't heard back from Sam. He hasn't been online for a week (PS3) and I messaged him on here about 5 days back and it looks like he hasn't been online either.

Not too worried though, I'm assuming I'll get the sim win against him if he doesn't get on by the deadline.

I know mattbowen is in a clan on MW2 so he has to play when his crew get on but that doesn't explain the lack of replies. Just laziness imo.

As for Sam i messaged him the other day when he was on got no reply then he logged off about 10 minutes later.

Is it that hard to just reply fellas?

There will be a priority order for the invites to Season 3. We will do our best to get the most active ppl in the league.

When are you up for Game 3 in Philly Jimbo? I've finished my Season 2 games so the Season 1 playoffs is all i have at the moment.

I saw Sam having a game a few days ago but it dropped out and had to be reset.

The hard thing with priority is that to fill 30 teams will be hard.

It seems it will be hard not to have one or two dodgy guys in the league.

Is there a way we can get more members on board? Do any of the good new guys who are active, have guys from their own leagues that are reliable?

Wiz? I'm not sure who else the good new members are. Katmagik maybe?

Digz - I just had an assessment today, got another tomorrow morning.

Will probably be free tomorrow night at the earliest. After that most nights and days when I don't have uni as I have a bit of breathing room from assessments then.

I expect you to win though, the only games I've played lately have been against you - and I'm pretty rusty!

Hopefully it can be a thriller of a game like the 2nd game was though, whoever wins or loses.

Oh by the way Ben - After my saga with Swish and me posting about it. He's been nagging me for an exhibition game whenever I'm online. I'd rather avoid the situation so I just tell him I'm busy, or in this case tell him "No thanks, I've already played you twice."

His reply is "But I wasn't trying those times". So I guess I was right about him not liking to lose..
