Hey Guys,
I won an auction on eBay about a week ago for a nice Daniels 1/1 and I payed instantly with Paypal but the bloke says he hasnt recieved it yet. The problem is that he hasnt claimed the payment also it said something like his not a fully registered member, has anyone had this problem before and also anyone know how to fix it? I really want this card!!!!

You can see if the payment was made on your side. Does he have real low feedback? If so Paypal may be holding the cash on his side till you recieve the item.

Yeah the money actually hasnt been transfered out of my credit card yet till he claims so i dont know what his doing, its something on his side i think, maybe coz his not a fully registered user yet...dunno, but i want that damn card
Anyone else got any idea's or ways to pay him, maybe get in our USA friends to send him a money order or something

Yeah you should still have a receipt from the transaction. If it was a fairly expensive item (i think over $100-150ish) and it was one of his first sales then yeah paypal puts a temp holds on their account to cover the buyer. It happened to me when i sold my first big card on ebay

Yeah that must be it then...i've just let him know have to wait for the response now, and going away so dosent look like im getting it for like another month :(

Get the seller to check the e-mail address that the Paypal account is set-up with...sometimes a typo may be all that is causing the delay.

Or he has to click "Accept" at his end....to accept the payment.

Allstar card inc is right...he needs to log into his PayPal account and click accept payment as you are funding through a credit card and the seller will be asked if he wants to accept the fees. If you had funded directly from your PayPal balance, this step wouldn't be necessary.
