A guy call rayall2005 bought a 2002/03 UD Ultimate auto of Kobe and after a month of telling me hes going to pay i got sick of it and asked he pay by monday or ill be negging him. Heres what he had to say.

if y leave negative feedback i will do so for y, stop bugging me mate i no longer want the auto so that scaring me.

Should i neg the prick, i opened a unpaid item on him but he told me the next day he was going to pay. So i closed it and i now cant reopen it. But 2 weeks later and still nothing. Im sick of getting negged for stuff thats not my fault. All my 3 negs were for stuff like this.
Any opinions would help.

I dont know. This person is new on ebay, it was one of the 1st things he bought. If it is id like to here from him.

Yeah thats sounds eactly like the Rayallen dude that posts on here, i was about to do a deal with him too, thanks for the heads up. id neg his ass, theres not much else you can do, it sucks that they can do the same to you too, even if youve acted professionally and done the right thing all along.

yep definately give him a neg, i mean people know that when the bid on an auction the enter a binding contract with the seller, you could always offer the second highest bidder a second chance offer? but definately neg him!

The rayallen who posts here and myself agreed on a trade however he never deposited the funds as he said he would. I followed this up with him and didnt get a reply.

Regards
matt

Sounds the same as what happened to me but it went on for 4 weeks.

Any negatives i received were unwarranted too

GIVE HIM A NEGATIVE!!

"i opened a unpaid item on him but he told me the next day he was going to pay. So i closed it and i now cant reopen it." This experience should teach us and be use as an example if we come across someone like him. The best way to deal with this is to file an unpaid item to Ebay and Never close the dispute 'til the buyer pays us. No Matter what they promise....

In you case Scott, Not sure what you can do. The problem with other buyer is that they will also put negative even if they were at fault. So it will be up to you if you want to risk a neg FB. (maybe its not worth it) BUT sometimes i see feedback that says "seller & buyer mutually agreed to cancel/remove feedback rating" I supposed you need to contact Ebay regarding your case.

A lot of times its the newbies who will do this... I had about 4 or 5 buyers in the past who did the same thing but I waited til the dispute expires and get a fee refund from ebay. Then I either neg them or forget about it.

ray allen

for everyone that is accusing me of doing something i completely did not do at all, i like to say i'm not this rayall2005 guy.I have never ever used ebay before in my life and completely shocked at these allegations of me buying stuff for some unapparent reason and not paying for it.so people on this forum please respect me and leave me out of this dispute. i neg this guy's ass off, scott don't hod back i'm behind you.

its worth the neg, you can reply to any neg comments, and most people will see it and go "fair enough" try and get your seller fees back too...

I think the only time I become cautious with a person with negs is if its a lot about non-delivery or faulty items...what is this guy gonna say? "i won the item and didnt wanna pay and he asked for his money" boo hoo...

I wasnt accusing you at all mate. There is another rayallen on these boards as well but i didnt think it was you.

and yeah, I was gonna add that, we should watch who we accuse, many collectors use ebay, many have similar names to us...

a funny example is Im Trey on spursreport.com Im a moderator etc, its the biggest spurs site around. During the laker rivalry years, we had a big thing with lakersground.net, they also had a Trey....caused much confusions hehe

i nearly fell off my chair look at his reply.

i will pay y if you can do cheaper for the auto say 90 and way cheaper on
postage, it is only 50c, then i will pay.that's my only resolution.thanks

Jesus, the dudes trying to negotiate now!

neg his ass and forget about him, i fucking hate ppl like that: he screws you around and then has the balls to try and get it at a discount, incredible... :x

haha, yeah 50 cents, not taking into account the toploader...
and if you did all that, Im sure he'd complain when his kobe auto rocks up in a white envelope crushed to death

Ebay have a new policy where if the bidder is a relatively new Ebayer (less than 90 days) and ends up negging for whatever reason, Ebay will withdraw the neg they gave you, in certain situations. This happened to me the other day...gave a neg to a non-paying loser....he gave me one back saying I had'nt given him enough time to pay. (3 weeks by the way..with no communication!!) Anyway this is what Ebay sent me...

A user whom you have recently transacted with has been indefinitely suspended from eBay within 90 days of registration. We have removed any feedback they left for you or others.

eBay removes feedback when a user is indefinitely suspended for certain policy violations within 90 days of registration. eBay takes the position that members indefinitely suspended soon after registration shouldn't be able to permanently impact another member's account.

Hope this helps!!!
