Problem with COMC delivery

Just wondering if anyone has had any issues with COMC deliveries? Unfortunately i have a package which was sent to the incorrect address. It was then returned to sender and I'm currently waiting for them to receive it to re-send to the correct address. It was COMC who incorrectly used an old PO box address despite me providing the correct address and having used my current address for my previous shipment. I have done everything i can to locate it but only got so far before being told the sender will have to contact USPS to receive any further info. Despite this COMC seem reluctant to assist me tracking it down and appear as though they will do nothing but wait for it to come back. Its now been an on going for 2 months. The shipment has about 250 cards which are mostly for the PC so really hoping its not lost for good. Has anyone had a similar issue or have any advise on what to do next? Its really made me rethink about using their service in future given they had already upped the fees anyway.
 
I have yet to have any issues with COMC shipping. They are normally very reliable and packages arrive quickly even with the cheapest uninsured option. One time the package took 6 weeks to show up, but it did in the end so I was fine with it since it is still within their quoted delivery timeframe. But if I were you, just don't think about it too much. There is not much COMC can do about some package that is sitting in a shipping container (for returns) that has been waiting for weeks to get full. No one is going to dive into that pile to fish out your package. You should be thankful that they admitted their mistakes and have at least located the package, which means you will get it back in time.

Agree with not thinking about it too much, would just like better communication from COMC's end that's all. The package hasn't been located. The tracking shows it left Sydney to go back to the US but has no record after that.
