It was never released to the public. Card companies have tons of stuff like this which is never released to the public however it will find willing buyers in huge lots that they will sell. Most likely it was to be signed by the player and it never happened. I have a few of those myself and when questioning UD about them, that is one of the explanations they gave me.

The only issue is reprints, and most of them will be numbered without auto and the serial number will be way off what UD uses as standard.
