let me start by appologising to anyone waiting for me to reply to msgs, been unable to do anything lately but will get back to you all asap.

ok now for the appropriate rant.
so i have been waiting for a fair while now to receive my 10-11 limited decade of dominance auto from panini. got an email stating the card was on its way yet when it arrived it was a different kobe auto. usually i would be fine with that but i actually like the design of the card i was meant to receive. obviously one would assume that the cards were not signed...

then today i see that in the new leaf card set that 3 of the limited decade autos graded to 10 have been pulled already... wtf, did panini sell my card of to a different set instead of giving me MY redemption

needless to say there is going to be quite an abusive call made in the early hours of the morning. cant believe all the crap you go through with redemptions and now this to top it off
 
Settle down... How long ago did you recieve the wrong card? Did you contact them at the time or only leave it until you saw the other cards have been pulled. Have you tried to call them or email them or is your automatic response to ring up and abuse them
 
Haha I've been waiting for 6 months for my John Wall Timeless Treasures Auto Jersey. Massive joke considering he's signed a zillion other cards for Preferred already :mad:

heres the details. redeemed 22-12-11. card sent 29-3-12. card received 10-4-12
today 18-4-12 three pulled from new leaf product
replacements are for cards not made yeah???
 
Ill give you a free piece of advice here, be polite on your phone call......firm, but polite. You will find that it will get you a lot further than straight up abuse.

i can try but as this will be the 20th call in as many weeks regarding redemptions and replacements it will be hard. in the past few months the replacements i have received have all been damaged and the one card of actual value to me gets replaced when it has been signed and could have come. just fires me up that after all the crap you have to pull to get to the decent cards they pull this
 
The customer service manager is totally new they removed the old one. The service now is a lot better and they are mowin through CS requests and redemptions.
 
Just some good advice,

There are many people who commented here on your thread, all of which have gone through the same thing you have. Needless to say, your one of many customers who will never get what you want if you abuse someone half way around the world.

I had a problem about 4 months ago with a card that was coming to me, called them at some ungodly hour in the morning, had a few laughs with the person on the phone and 4 days later, my card was on its way. Now, it was not Kobe, but it was still someone who I wanted for a chase and really, they hear it all day long, so be cheeky and use the good Aussie humour and you will get a lot farther in your dealings.

If you chose not too, then you might then deserve the cold shoulder that you will most likely get.
 
ok so i thought i would update this, i settled down and took the advice of all above and sent a non abusive e-mail explaining what had been going on and that i had seen the kobe i was supposed to receive pulled from another product.
i was pleasantly suprised with the speed of the response and despite there being no reason to why i did not get the card intended i am very happy with the new guy at panini who appologised for the poor service and is going to fix the mistakes made as best he can.
so needless to say you were all right and as usual the calm approach was the best idea.
