Ok so theoretically what do you do in the following situation?
Say you have a card that 2 or more people want (both good blokes, active on OCT, great PC's etc etc) Both are offering a great deal for the card, and both want it for different reasons. As far as offer value goes, they are very similar (and both prepared to add more) I haven't been in this situation and am having trouble knowing how to deal with the situation. I don't want to upset/make angry either party involved. They have discussed it (to a certain degree) between themselves and both still want the card... so ummm.. what to do?
Might have to go the whole first in best dressed route mate... Only fair way to do it I guess. Give it to the first person that contacted you about it.

Yes time differential etc may be a factor, but they were still the first to see it and go for it.
If the first guys said yes I will take it, then it would have been gone already, even before the second guy saw the sale. Same thing here, even though it is being negotiated.
First in best dressed is always the best way to go. No one can argue with that.
They are both willing to offer more, so it comes down to what they are offering. If one of them can offer something that you want more, then he's the winner.
If you dont want to do it off first in, then i guess its a case of money talks In the end, the person who offers the best deal for it is the one who wants it most.
Basically, it all boils down to who is giving you more of what you want. I had a similar situation with a Jordan card at Beckett.com. One guy was offering a handful of Garnett GU's and some base and inserts where the other guy was offering me over sixty base and inserts that i would not otherwise be able to get from him. I had to bite bullet and go with the guy who was giving me more cards. It helped that in the past he had bought a card or two for the sole purpose of trading to me.
im with taffster and brian lee. which ever is going to benefit you the most is probably the right deal.
persoanlly i would have taken expressions of interest until someone commited and then given them the deal all apologies to the others.

Rip the card in 1/2 give them a piece each... Well generally should be 1st in but if one guy already has one as stated in one of the other replies, then sell to the other guy, what ever you do will piss someone off.. Good Luck let us know your decision.. cheers
