i have just sold a card to a guy in texas and have to post it out wondering what is the best way to send it as my post office said tracking stops once out of australia which makes me worried ill get the old i didnt recieve it
any help appreciated card sold for $140

Man if they say that sucks insurance plus international registerd post will work postage to states is expensive

Registered post should cost less than $20 if you can keep things flat (< 2cm thick)

You can send a few cards all secure in a bubble mailer by International Registered for under 20 dollars. All it gives is signature on delivery so no tracking. International Express Courier is expensive but it gives tracking and signature.

The only service I used to ship International, and it's covered by PayPal as well

just sent pack and track cost $20.10 under 500grams guy was happy to pay so all good
