Postage times from dave and adams

Morning all...a question for my fellow box busters
I placed an order of 6 boxes on the 15th and chose the most expensive option for postage $71
Stated 3 day on there website.
Received an email from them saying order placed and i would get another email when order was shipped with tracking number.
Here i am a week later and no delivery or email stating its been posted.
I emailed them yesterday and got this back.

Please keep in mind that USPS does not ship out daily(stated on the website)and they do not update their tracking on a daily basis.
not a happy camper !!

That's USPS for you. I always have my shipments from dacardworld posted through USP and they're always here on time - sometimes even a work day early!

That's USPS for sure - massive rip-off merchants. I wasn't aware that they never picked up their packages daily or that there was no way of tracking through them, though. Guess that little voice which told me to go the cheaper option was smart - without knowing it. Plus, the delivery time is based on a standard business week. so if there were any public holidays in between - ya gotta throw them into the mix.

That sounds like usps thing. I'd contact your store rep and let them know what's going on. I'm certain they'd like to know also.

I always choose the UPS Int Saver option, I ordered yesterday and the boxes will arrive by end of day tomorrow afternoon (Friday).

I normally use ups international expedient. I place an order monday afternoon and It'll be here tomorrow.

Bloody annoying..so what am i paying extra for ?
The fact i havnt received an update saying its been shipped yet is a worry.
Ive emailed them to see whats going on

If you have a store rep assigned to you, they're the one to contact. They will deal with everything. I can tell you from experience, they (dacardworld) aren't very happy when the delivery is stuffed up. Had it happen to me once when my order was sent to southern California. Fortunately, i was tracking my order on a daily basis and told my store rep about it. He promptly got onto UPS and had the issue sorted out properly - at no extra cost to me.

I got the standard shipping option, the cheapest one and mine where here in Tasmania in 6 days, was very very impressed since I've had cards come from WA take a week. Figure that out lol

Your order shipped out Monday the 18th via USPS Int Express: CJ223357771US. Please keep in mind that USPS does not update tracking on a daily basis. The next time that you will see a notification will be when it arrive at customs.
so it took 3 days before it was posted.

That's USPS for you. Next time, go with UPS - pick up that day, faster delivery and constant updates on tracking.

I agree with this. I always use UPS (which is cheaper) and it takes about 3 days approx.

Nothing huge...with my woefull luck on boxes i couldnt bring myself to spend up on overpriced panini.
6 boxes sp authentic.
