Hey guys, recently bought a certified gold rookie patch auto/25 for the set chase from the US and recived in about a week, opened it up to find a gold standard rookie auto of the same player/25 instead.
Checked eBay and the seller had the two cards end at the same time, so i send him a quick message explaining he sent the wrong card and its no good to me as im going for the set and he was very apologetic and asked to send back.
He said he would contact the other party and get this worked out, he also said once he recieved the card i was sending back he would refund any $$ for p&h. So after a week i recieve a refund on my postage and another apologetic message saying that the correct card had been sent.
Package arrived today and as a bonus he gave me a damion james certified rookie GU auto and anthony randolph certified red GU and well as the original gold rookie patch auto/25. All this done within a month!
All the way through the whole ordeal the seller was very nice, very apologetic and very very prompt with emails, postage and refunding. So at a time when all we hear about is someone getting ripped off through eBay i thought it would be great to share a positive story. Also i would highly recommend the seller to everyone.
