Please tell me if this is fake????

Just got this dwayne wade auto off ebay...

Its a Topps 50th anniversary card with attached auto

The quality is very blurry? Do they do this cause they are using an
old template?

Please let me know if you have knowledge on these cards

Yes i have seen a few as well but never in person just seems too blurry?

yes it says all topps autos cards is witnessed by topps reps to guarantee authenticity......
