Only throwing this out cause he's my PC guy but Aminu is shaping up to have a better year as he improve all his starts with improved minutes in the last 14 games of last year. He also played through the Olympics and heard it was a big learning curb for him maturity wise. Also now that Ariza is gone, it's looking like Monty is going to have faith in Aminu and give him starting minutes like he did when Ariza was out injured.
I'm gonna go with a break out team. The New York Knicks might just be the 2nd best team in the East this year. Alot of people are brushing aside the J. Kidd signing but I personally think he'll help them immensely. Both on the court and with a bit of maturity.
Also, gotta go with Kawhi Leonard. He's gonna be real nice again.
Loved the Iggy call from someone also.
I'm also gonna go with DeMarcus Cousins and Gordon Hayward, both should be alot more consistent. Really rate them highly.
Biased pick and 2nd year players are always expected to improve rather than breakout.
But Tristan Thompson is going to have a massive year. He's put on 10-15lbs of muscle. Will be the Cavs starting PF. Should get a whole stack more minutes than last season and will get way more touches on the offence with Jamison/Parker gone. He has the potential to average 12ppg/10rpg/2bpg easy
I'm keen to see what Bynum will do in Philly, I agree with AJ and would like to see Rubio bringing excitement back (and rose too) I like the look of the suns too with Dragic, Beasley, Brown, Scola etc they may surprise
Yeh I agree with Beasley as welll he could have a breakout and I reckon Dion Waiters will have a slight breakout meaning he'll do better than people expected
Odom will have to play better, he couldn't play any worse than he did withthe Mavs, just being back in LA will take the chip off his shoulder and I'd expect the old pre Mavs Lamar back. Also speaking of LA with Dwight getting dissed by Shaq again, and if his back is healed 100%, I think Dwight may have a breakout season, I mean Kobe is making it his mission to teach him how to be great, he has Nash to get him the rock and maybe he might mature up, and get a little mean on the court
