Went to do the Nets last night. This night flew right by quickly as since that I kicked the dirt around chatting away with the other collectors at the game while waiting and waiting for Nets players to sign. Before you know it while chatting away, the autograph session was about done but here are the results of my night with the New Jersey Nets:

Josh Boone 2 cards (Signed everything at this game that you had for him.)
Jason Collins 1 card
Richard Jefferson 1 ESPN Magazine cover
Mikki Moore 5 cards (His attitude has changed since I last saw him.)
Bostjan Nachbar 6 cards ("I am only signing one of each card kid.")
Bernard Robinson 2 cards
Clifford Robinson 1 card (I was yelled at by this player trying to help an older lady get her item signed. Wow this is what I get for being nice??? Sure I like to get alot of things signed but geez I like to be polite to the people around me seeking autographs. At least he did sign her item but my thinking was that he thinks it was for me but it sure was not for me. I am amazed this player is still around. Not to long ago, I was at a friends house playing NBA Jam on the SNES and if I am not mistaken, he is the only active player currently in league that was on that video game from 14 years ago.)
Antoine Wright 1 card, BONUS 1 headband!!! (I got his headband after he warmed up!!! The headband I got from him is all sweaty but I was glad to get his headband as earlier I saw a little kid get Clifford's armband. This team must of been in the giving mood with armbands and headbands lol......)
Bill Cartwright 3 cards (His sig is sloppy still.)
Mark Jackson 2 cards (Me: "I like your views on moral values and religion." Mark: "Thanks I appreciate that. What religion are you?" Me: "I am Catholic. What religion are you?" Mark: "I am Christian." Me: "That's cool." Mark: "Christian, Catholic whatever. As long as you take Jesus Christ as your savior, that is all I care about and do not mock his name or God's name for that matter." Me: "I totally agree with you there." Mark: "As long as you believe in God, it does not matter what religion you are God is the same no matter what." Me: "I totally agree with you there. Thanks alot Mark and God bless!!!" Mark: "You to!!!")
That is all result wise I have to share of my day with the New Jersey Nets. Other stuff I want to mention is that when Antoine Wright signed, he signed my card in black sharpie sideways. He is starting to get tough about signing as I don't understand why since he was great doing multiples last season. As for Mark Jackson, I would recommend bringing something up on religion to talk about with him as when he does sign, he puts the inscription "God bless" on every item he signs. I had a really great chat with Mark Jackson on religion and he seems to find God to be important in his life and seems to be blessed with the NBA career he has had. Mark Jackson was a true class act at this game. Otherwise that is all I have to share here from this experience. Thanks for looking and God bless!!!
