unless someone is going to offer up a copy of photoshop your choices are more limited. Adobe Photoshop is a very expensive $500+ program.

If you are just after a photoshop style of program and want it to be legit, you could try Gimp - www.gimp.org - its open source and has versions for Linux, MacOSX and Windows. Its a very solid program with many plugins.
