Does anyone know if u can manouevre your pics around to suit yrself?
I know u can change your scans from oldest to newest and vice versa but I have a few parallels in my 21 collection that would look great together but are miles apart inthe order I scanned them into the folder?
Hey Al, I dont think you can maneuvre them into a specific order within the folders, which is kind of stupid, your best bet is just to make a simple webpage to display them, your ISP should give you some webspace (i can even help you with the code ) or else something like Pbase, gives much more flexability over your galleries, but it costs ~ $20 a year (http://www.pbase.com/mattyjsmith
I just move them all into a seperate folder, then 1 by one, move them back in to the correct folder, in the order i want them, takes awhile but gets the job done.
Wait, there's an easier way! (as long as you still have all the picture files on your PC)
Change the specs to alphabetical order in your bucket account. Re-name your picture files (on your PC) that you uploaded with a number code according to the position you want them in, the number code goes at the front of the picture name, or replaces the picture name. I use 001, 002 etc. Then if you pick-up a card that looks nice in between 2 existing cards in your bucket, you do this, 001B, 001C, 022B etc.
Then delete all existing bucket pics. Re-upload your re-named pics.
I did do this with all my Pierce and Gomes PC, but after 3 pages, my Gomes PC goes all erratic and doesn't stick to it's alphabetical order. So it may not work for a larger amount of photo's in the one album? My Pierce PC is in multiple albums and works fine.
Jeez Brad that sounds harder!!! Especially all that re-uploading - I'm on dialup so would take an age - I've 150 plus pics I think....u speak sense though wise one
