Look I'm not another Mick Ennis my main collection is from 1963 to 1988 yes I'm racing the clock,to get the as many cards signed as I can from this era.Actually I sent Bill Ashurst some extra cards for his grandkids which he loved. Should have asked him for a $20 note.Anyway no more mail days for me.Not going to put up with this rubbish.
Hey fappboy i mean batboy really who gives a shit what they do with them after all they are his cards and he is funding his hobby.I have no problem with IP collectors or through the mail collectors, I am both...
Nor do I have a problem with people putting them up here for others to enjoy, I think it's great!!
However, I do think it's somewhat distasteful that someone does a TTM to an old player, And the DAY they get them back, They whack them up here for sale. Obviously, They've been sent with the intention to sell them on.
Basically, There seems to be more and more guys here hunting out players, And swapping addresses both in a personal and professional capacity to get stuff signed and then it finds it's way here and is up for sale... At times the same player.
How is that any different to the eBay hacks that are continually bashed on here? Mick Ennis cant ride his pushy to Penrith and get cards signed to sell on eBay, Elusive Winger gets banned on here.... But the old OCT badge makes it ok to send a guy some cards to his work or house and then sell them here.
That is my problem.
And yeah, Some people sell collections over time, But selling TTM cards the day you get them back....
Is grubby, And I'm not alone in thinking it.
@ "Katrina" - If you have a problem with everyone who thinks Darius Boyd is a d**khead, It's gonna be a lonely old existence for ya buddy....
@Muzzzdoggg - I am sorry you continually find yourself on the wrong side of my "Low tolerance for f**kwits ometer"
I do hope (Over time) You will learn to move on.... And find those cards I'd sooner burn than sell to you...
lolAwww f*** here we go, when it's on the NRL forums you always need a bigger bag:
