You don't like that idea, I could only start walking properly yesterday after being in agony all weekahh, but they are full size courts Tez!.. more running involved... (which I don't like the idea of either!!) haha
I really want to check these lists out but everytime I try to upload it comes up with a warning that it may harm my computerQty in most cases will not be required, but perhaps a valuable idea for the interested party column.
Perhaps 'card#' as the first row as an identifier (also help you remember how many cards you took!) and then on the back you could have a column for the card and any interested parties could put their name and a $ offer or interest to trade. (attached)
After some further thought, the second sheet is really not neccessary and probably is a bit of a joykill. I don't want people to think they are locked into an offer they may have made on a card on an offer sheet.
It could possibly also start a bidding war and perhaps some un-needed tension on the trade day.
Your thoughts? @A1CardsandGaming
So I guess not many people feeling it for this idea/? I think it would be very helpful.
Have you looked at it yet Tez? @A1CardsandGaming
That's about 25 more than me atm.Get behind it people!
Easy for me to say though seeing as I would only have about 30 cards to list
Cool idea but why not consolidate everyone's sheets into a google doc? That way everyone can modify the same doc, and it's easily searchable. So i could search for "griffin" or something and see what's on offer from everyone. So I was thinking about the trade days and what could be done to assist in facilitating more trades.I sit in front of a computer half the day at work and so I took the time in my lunch-break (yer right ) to mock up a sale/trade assistant sheet.
I have entered a few mock-up cards in there to give an idea of what it may/should/could look like when used.
Basically, I think this can be used very effectively for your cards in hard cases and toploaders.. probably a bit too much to do it for cards kept in folders, but if people wanted to take it that far, then I suppose it will benefit everyone.
The idea being, when you're at the trade day you can enter your mid-higher end stuff to let people know what you are asking for in regards to a cash sale price AND/OR trade value price. Then you just have a copy of it with your cards laid out on the table, or in the box when its passing around.
It also has a spot if you want to list BV, (which I know some people despise), and also an eBay completed sale price.
Now I realise that people can and may lie about eBay completed sale pricesand for some sniped auctions it isnt a clear indicator anyways.. thats fine.. you can choose to ignore the BV and eBay price columns..
The most important prices you need to know, is what the person is looking for on cash sale or trade value.
Alos has a spot at the top for the persons name and also what they are chasing to help you out with finding some trade bait!
BTW @A1CardsandGaming I put you as the copyright owner of the document, seeing as its got your company logo and may possibly be used at your trade day.
This doc can be distributed as a pdf or xls so people can modify it at home and update it for each trade day.
Happy to hear your thoughts on the idea for improvements or whatever.
