PC, set chase and a 'HOLY GREAT SNAPPING TURTLES!' sort of mailday :-P

Hey fellas,

Had a truck load of mail come in recently but need to break up into sub-maildays - so I thought I;d group some low end PC and set chase stuff with quite possibly one of the finest items in my collection....

Up first a whole heap of random crap....which I need! lol Bird & Stockton Collectabooks (like the quotes on the back), Big O TSC 1st Day Issue /1999 and Mashburn Classic Draft Picks SP /39,000 (reminds me of those fanimation cards, looks pretty cool to me!)

Some pretty boring GU gear except for the PC stuff! Kidd TT GU /99, Kidd SPX GU and Mashburn / Haston Honour Roll Dual GU /1000 (classy looking card)

Stockton & CP3 Variation GU and a Tyreke Prestige GU /249

Stockton / Malone (the original dynamic duo!) Finite Elements Dual GU and a CP3 / Magic Dual Game Materials /150 (nice bright colours on this card compared to the lovely black, grey and deep purple colour combo on the Finite - :-S)

Changing gears into some set chase items I've managed to latch onto....

Couple of 06 07 EX Acetate RC autos /899 - James White and Dee Brown. This now gives me a grand total of 8! lol, plenty more to go yet!

These five boxtoppers takes me up to 24 out of 50 - so nearly at the half way mark! Best looking cards ever IMO! All /349 - Baron Davis, Deron Williams, Stephen Curry, Darryl Dawkins and Jason Kidd. ...and yes that's HUGE, literally! heh

Demarre Carroll Threads letterman which gives me the RRO - got the A on the way too - getting close! Also going after Mullens, Hill and Douglas.

The Bogans Rainbow! lol Just need the Sapphire to complete the mini set - let me know if you have it or have seen it! They're from 03-04 Reflections. These four are numbered /500, /300, /100 and /50. Nice little refractorish / chrome sort of finish.

Okay so by now you're probably bored sh*tless and am wondering why I chopped down the OCT money tree! Well, here is the HOLY GREAT SNAPPING TURTLE part of the mailday....

Great stuff! I like the Court Kings designs too, if you like the oversize stuff did you get any of the Murad box toppers (Cabinet cards)? Pretty nice looking and also came in a numbered version and an auto I think. I've only got the non numbered KG but looking for others!

Thanks mate, the stats make all the difference! doesn't mention his championship year, Olympian antics or the fact he averaged a triple double but I suppose his full CV would fill two jerseys! lol

Getting quotes on framing but jeez that is one expensive exercise! It deserves it's own wall and spotlight!

Haven't seen much Big O UDA stuff, fair bit of PSA stuff though. This one is GTSM (they mainly do NFL stuff) and AAA (who I've never heard of) was going to send it in for PSA certification but I'm convinced it's legit, if I can't spot a forged Big O sig by now I should give up collecting! Was keen for a stat jersey so my choices were limited...

Spot on Garth, none of that two initials BS at the bottom of the number - it's his full sig with first and last name in big bold texta which makes it noticeable as soon as you lay eyes on it! It's a sure fire head turner!

Didn't even know Murad had oversized cards! How many in that set and what are they numbered to? They've got that similar 'painted' look to Court Kings which I quite like. Got too many set chases going on atm, still trying to hunt down my 93-94 jam session set completion! Bring back the tallboys and jumbo cards!

Auto boxtoppers are on card and come one in every 11boxes. They're numbered from /10 to /75 and they look fantastic! Too much of an expensive chase though! Got the Kidd for the PC and a J Rose redemption on its way.
