Howdy OCT readers, I seem to have got myself into a pickle. I bought some cards on Ebay, It does have pay by money order on the payment page but the main page does not (I always check first but anyway.....) now it seems that I can pay with PayPal only, I have already sent the money order the day I bought the cards, and I have sent emails to the seller trying to communicate but have heard nothing, and today I got a Pay or else from Ebay, its for @ $20, anyone have a way of putting money into a PayPal account that does not have a bank account attached ( my wifes Ebay has our bank account and I found out you cant double up)

Have you got a credit or debit card you can link to your paypal account? Or maybe kindly ask some nice folks here to transfer you $20 into your paypal so you can make payment?

I do have credit cards so that might be the last resort, though it seems to be the best bet, just might take a few days more than I have been given. I have been trying to communicate daily with the seller so if it gets nasty I can at least claim I tried.....thanks Jordans Cards Fan

You should be able to pay by your wife's Paypal account. When you pay for something bought on EBay, when you click pay, you then just need to log into your paypal account. So it can be any paypal account.

I have 2 ebay accounts and 2 paypal accounts. I have bought things from both EBay accounts and paid with either without any problems so you should be able to do that fine.

Ersk

In your My Ebay, you should be able to change status to payment sent (it will have pay now as default action, then you click on more options), as long as you have told the seller it has been sent as a money order id hope it wouldnt be a problem unless he wont accept anything other than paypal.

the message you got from ebay could be one of their payment reminders, worst case a non paying bidder alert

well the damn ebay seller has not get back to me still, gee it makes it hard to know where you stand with a deal when only 1 side is trying to reach a resolution, well one of the members from this site has been extremely generous and helped me out, OCT has some special members, when somebody you have never met or dealt with helps you out.
Its all good.
