Paypal security code

i apply paypal account around one month ago, but i still havent received the security code (mail) yet. this is my second time apply when the first one never reach my place. i did provide a correct address.

is there any other method to get the security code, for example dial to the hotline?

If you are talking about the security code to verify your paypal account, then that will appear on your bank statement, or your credit card statement (whichever you are using to fund your paypal account). If it's just a confirmation of actually creating a new paypal account, double check your email with the one you entered in as your paypal i.d. As mentioned, also check your "junk mail" or your spam filter in your email. I'm sure you may be able to get them to re-send it aswell.

it says will send via "paper" mail to my address at WA 6102.
my friend did received the mail few weeks after he apply.

although i didnt received the code. i think i still can use the service. but there is a limit restriction for me to transfer more than $1000 per month. (but i think it is good enough for me as i wont spend 1000dollar in one month.)

The code will be mailed to you. The code will actually be sent from the US so 2 to 3 weeks is normal.

I received mine in 19 days.
