Paypal Protection??

just wondering guys am i still covered under paypals protection laws for 'outside ebay' purchases??

i am looking to complete a deal with a bloke from china, but was wondering how much protection if have against being jacked??

I got shafted even with E-bay protection.Still pissed about that.
So it also depend's on his feedback & the way he is trying to deal with you?

Pay for it with your credit card thru paypal, that way even if Paypal ****s you over, your CC provider will **** them over.

Because the reason on why I ask, what's the purpose of paying for insurance etc etc
