Paypal, help pl

ok heres the lowdown, i won a card on ebay and paid 4 via paypal and it states payment was sent on the 2nd of jan but still no card, being a fairly high end item i'm getting worried . i've sent him 3 messages the 1st and second basically asking if he has sent and the third threatening with neg's and further action but no reply so what do u think i should do, thanx people

yeah thats a long time paid for,but like i said ive had
things turn up after six months in the post.

just try to communicate with the seller as much as it is hard sometimes

45 days i do believe,and if you get the refund,and card turns up,win win for you

Hi "BAS"

Just lodge a Charge-Back.

Same thing happened to me. I won a card from the US on DEC 3rd and after 4 weeks I emailed the seller TWICE regarding the item. NO response.

So I filed a complaint to Paypal.

The seller immediately emailed me back saying he will send it ASAP.

So another week passed and still no card.

So I contacted Paypal again (And lodged a Charge-Back) and just 2 days ago I received a email from Paypal saying I'm in the right so I got back all my money.

you can't lodge a claim on paypal after 45 days of paying for the item, so don't let it go over 45 days.

.....and make sure you move your complaint to a CLAIM, that way PayPal Staff will take over, instead of waiting for you to talk to the Seller.

Chances are, they've skipped country.

But I'd be putting that claim in ASAP!
