PayPal for Bank deposit swap

Ive sold a few things on eBay and for some reason PayPal says the money is not available for 3 weeks. Thing that I had money I've bought something on eBay and can't make payment. If someone can gift me $30 I'll deposit $50 into your account on Monday. Please let me know if you can help me out.
