I raised a paypal claim after not receiving a card over 40 days... now the seller's response is that he is not responsible for mail loss because he that in his description... what should I add to my response to the claim? so far I only have item not received down.
escalate to a dispute and let paypal sort it out If he doesn't have proof of shipping they will decide in your favour His description doesn't mean jack, it is his responsibility, thats how paypal works... Just went through the same thing myself, got my money back, but thing is I didn't want the money I wanted the card
I agree with Liam on this one. I haven't been through this predicament since I've got nothing to sell and I only buy cheap stuff so got not other advice to give. Good luck with it all and I hope you get a good result.
