Paypal Changes...

Logging into Paypal this morning it brings up a message saying I have logged into an outdated version of Paypal. Clicking on My Account gets you into the Account Overview section.
In this section there is a little message saying you have 30 day to accept Paypals New Policy updates.
I skimmed over it...one of the main thing I saw was that Paypal are going to attempt to get all Aussie Paypal users to have a confirmed address.
Has anyone else read this info and what are the implications or benefits of having a confirmed address??

I think its setting up for Feb when there will be an oz company administering paypal. Can't remember exactly what it does bu tit definately benefits us as australians in terms of recieving paypal money etc!

i had the same problem i was verified and could send any amount now my account isnt verified and i cant send any money and needed to pay for something today

it will be for the better! ebay and paypal need all their customers and know it with amazon on their tails I believe we can look forward to reduced ebay/paypal fees and/OR extra benefits/discounts for power sellers in the near future
