paypal buyer dispute dodgy or what?

after some feedback what would you do a buyer via e bay bought 2 afl diamonds in 1 transaction and 2 more in another transaction the first 2 never showed to his address but the second lot did no worries .spoke to the buyer and he admitted he has had problems in the past with aussie post sending items to victoria instead off to south australia where he resides .this sale was easy two months ago i would have thought if was a stuff up on postal address with aussie post it would be fixed by now .the buyer has a market stall selling footy cards as has fairly often tried getting me to deal off line with him no way on that.buyer is now kindly offering me a escape off refunding $35 half the price and he will close paypal dispute and leave me great feedback . a dodgy deal or a good offer what do you think ?

Whats the problem with spending that even out of your own pocket when you sell $70 worth of cards?

You wouldnt be in this situation would you?

dodgy as. if i was the buyer check hes items reguraly to see if he has the ones he sold you back on selling again

hello no wouldn,t be thats luck of the draw usually anything around $100 mark send registered post .still i know i sent them dealt with buyer before no problems except the persistant sell to me offline ,all been good still seems could it be a double dip has a stall sells cards files item not recieved gets a refund also only had 1 bad sale to a different buyer sols some afl chipz gold logos claimed never got so sent another lot said never got them either filed paypal dispute got a refund .then buyer admitted in a phone call she got cards stung me bad for $140 worth

hi problem is he has a stall in adelaide never seen selling on e bay i live in victoria so no way off checking just seems suspect to me could be wrong
