Hi all, it’s been a while since I’ve shared anything in this part of the forum so there’s going to be a few pics up – some nice, others not so much… bear with me & thanks for the look!
First up a few PC additions from Leaf:
Bill Russell Blue ref 25/25 – love the photo on this one!
Dave Bing ref /50 – my second on-card auto of his & an upgrade for the 50 Greatest Autograph set (only Wilt & Pistol Pete left… not holding my breath for them)
Phil Knight Blue ref /25 – Nike founder and my old boss (technically!) – Where would the game and hobby as we know it be without this guy’s contribution??
Magic Fans of Ali Auto – again, love the photo!

When this set came up for sale I had to grab it, very proud to have it in my PC:
10-11 Totally Certified Rookie Patch Auto GOLD – one of 25 possible sets (only missing the unproduced Patrick Patterson redemption card)… Here we go…

Onto the non-auto patches next… from this years Preferred… I think the booklets are a huge improvement on the previous year, here’s what I have so far, more to add:
ROOKIE PRIME /25: Irving, Kanter, Williams, Valanciunas, Thompson, Vesely
VETERAN PRIME /25: Ginoboli, Hawes, Rose, Pierce, Gasol, Gibson, Salmons
DRAFT 03 PRIME /25: Anthony, Wade, Bosh, James, Kaman, Hinrich, West – so stoked when I pulled this one!!
FINALS PRIME /25: James, Ilguaskas, Varejao, Duncan, Parker, Ginobli - this is still floating around somewhere out there – thank you USPS!!! – would be great to see next year’s version, no matter the outcome of game 6 (and hopefully 7!)
And…………
…… I had to at least put a bid in when it came up….
…. didn’t think I’d actually win it….
….kind of glad I did anyway….

Finally, this package came in this week… the jewel of my PC!!! After contemplating purchasing the latest MJ UNC Master Collection I figured why not pick up the original instead?
Uuuuh… don’t get your hopes up too quickly; this isn’t the 99-00 Jordan Master Collection!!!
I think it’s the next best thing though:
2000-01 Upper Deck NBA Legends Master Collection – still sealed! I’m torn as to whether I open it up or keep it as is…
What would you do???
