just spent 15 minutes on the phone to panini enquiring about redemptions that i am still waiting on.
when my account was opened i was told all cards were waiting to be signed by the players still, including a kobe.
now i would have definitely thought the spokesman for a company be the one who signs cards prior to release.
these are all cards that were released while players were on lockout so how the hell arent they signed???
and only because i rang will they now replace four that have been on hold for a year already despite emails asking for
redemption swap months ago. how does such a big company stuff up so bad???

Panini is generally slow with their redemptions, as are all the card companies in truth, but I'm pretty sure players were not allowed to sign anything NBA related during the lockout.

just thought id update and say that i only just checked to see if the replacements were coming and it seems they were sent the day after the phone call. so i reccomend a call to customer service if you have been waiting and will take replacements, countless emails got me nothing. one call and they are sent
