Panini Replacements, Exceeded Expectations again

Hi all, had a few older redemptions that I decided to ask for replacements on, aside from the Steve Nash Gold Prizm auto, the rest I really didn't want for the PC. Spoke to David Sharp via email a couple of times and he organized these as replacements, I can't say enough good things about David and the customer service. I know people say a lot of negative things about the customer service but I found being patient and courteous paid off as they really listened and sent me awesome cards that I could use for my PC.
Here is what I had outstanding:

Here is what they sent, even swap Nash prizm gold for KD auto and some sweet Tim Duncan patches for the other stuff.

i requested about 30 replacements and they started coming in after 3 weeks

Really?! That's brutal then! They said wait 8-10 weeks, I messaged after 8 and they said they were very shortly being sorted out

that sucks mate i noticed my lower value redemptions came first obviously had stock laying around

I am very happy with the redemptions, it took a little while to organize but with this being the result it was well worth the wait. Instead of a bunch of random cards, I now have some sweet cards for the PC. Thanks to all for the comments and thanks again to Panini.

Wow I would be stoked to have those as replacements! I've been pretty lucky with my redemption's most have been redeemed just a few not received. I'm actually reluctant to buy redemption cards now its all a bit of a gamble especially if its for high value players. But well done mate!
