Panini replacement requests

lodged one for about 15 cards on 14 Apr and they generally say allow 8-10 weeks.

I've opened up 3 cases now requesting uodates now to which I get the "a customer service rep is processing these now" or similar to wont be long. Now I just see the National or VIP convention or whatever it is with the live replacement option and it totally makes me think they were saving all stock to do this first and then whatever's left will be what the next in line online will get.

What do you guys think? Has it been enough time since I requested?

What success if any did people have lodging complaints (I can't remember who it was with, similar to the U.S. Version of ACCC?)

That sucks man. I had no real luck through the ACCC type thing but had some luck contacting david sharp directly in a similar situation . Will dig up the email I sent him and pm you

each time ive needed to ask for a replacement ive contacted him straight away.
hes pretty good at replying within a day or two, if its been a week try again. (only had to do that once)

as for cards you want you could try looking at the rewards site and see what they have in stock and ask for those particular cards, i havent tried this myself though.

Read on the Facebook post that people were even giving up on the live swap option cause there was only one guy there and people in the line had 150 replacements to ask for..... Might not even get a response for a while if it's Sharp at that booth
