I have a redemption (Kobe Bryant, 2013/14 Gold Standard, Marks of Gold /25) that I placed over a year ago, back on 31/07/2014. I have had numerous other redemptions sent out since then, but haven't heard a single thing about the Kobe.
The request is still active, with abolutely no communications from Panini.
About a week ago I submitted a second support ticket asking if there is a way to get an update, as I couldn't find any other way to follow up via their website, but it also has not received a response.
Does anybody know if there is an easy way to contact Panini for an update - or even just a way to flag the ticket for a follow up?
I've waited far longer than a year before. Over 18 months for a Kyrie auto. It eventually arrived. It sucks, but you probably just have to wait it out. Rest assured the card probably hasn't gone missing or anything like that.
Ok cool, happy to wait it out if that's all it is. I just wasn't sure how long you would typically expect to wait, and didn't know if a year was fairly standard or if there may be an issue there.
Hit up DavidSharp@paniniamerica.net and he might be able to help you out, it might not help get them quicker as they may not have the cards to send out but can't hurt to ask. I had 2 Kyrie's which I was reasonably lucky with, I think I waited 9mths to get the first one and the second one I just requested a replacement after the 4mth timeframe elapsed and they hooked me up with an upgrade from Select to Spectra. If you are chasing those exact cards you might have to keep waiting, I didn't care I just wanted a Kyrie
