Panini Redemption Help Needed!

I need some help with a redemption. I redeemed it around 6 months ago. I have seen same card for sale on ebay so I know it has been signed and is ready to be sent out. So how do I contact Panini (preferrabley not a phone call) about it?

It says its recieved.

When you say received, do you mean the redemption code has been received by them?

If so, there should be an option to request a follow up in your redemption page.

If you have facebook go to the 'Donruss' page and post the request number on there

If you have twitter you can contact the Panini CSM direct on their CSM - Customer Service Manager, he looked after me with my Bogut green certified and a few others pretty good response.

I dont currently have Facebook or Twitter but if I dont get a response on my follow up on my request on their site I will try it out.
