Panini redemption - damaged card

Hi Guys,

Just need some advice on what to do as I received a redemption card from Panini for a Chris Mullin Signatures Film /10 Auto and this is what I got;

The right top corner is peeled back and dinged and while the auto is partially off the card I can definitely live with that. Not impressed to be honest - actually I am pretty pissed off as I only collect Chris Mullin and this is a rareish card. Can anyone tell me the best / quickest way to get this sorted? is it via twitter or does anyone have an email address ?

Chances are you won't get that card again if it goes back to them. It's a crap situation and you should contact them to express your displeasure but as player collector myself I don't think I'd risk sending it back for replacement

To be honest I would rather not have the card as it will bum me out looking at. I am sick of getting other peoples damaged cards, but you would expect this from a redemption!

I have some good news on this;

Panini customer service got in contact with me (David Sharpe in particular) and they sent out a replacement (like for like) which is absolutely perfect. I know its easy to be negative on companies when things dont go to plan, but I really do commend Panini for their work here. Great customer service in the end.

Same here! Just goes to show being nice and not acting like a spoiled brat goes a long way... that and I said I will give up the hobby if i dont get the same card back J/K

does that mean that someone out there has a redemption that can no longer be filled? Maybe this is why some redemptions get replaced with other cards :/

Nah mate, the 4/10 card has been destroyed and a spare has been restamped to give it that number. They actually sent me the card before they got the original back.
