cant say im the happiest....the condition of the card is appalling.....

the front doesnt look too bad, but the back....especially the top edges and the bottom left. im shocked. Compared to my upper deck redemptions that came a few months back, they were crisp and clean like they had never been touched. this looks like its been dropped a few times then Brandon Jennings shoved it in his back pocket. what a joke.

am i been too picky?
 
hey. at least you actually recieved a redemption from panini.. most of us are still waiting on dozens of them :|

its on-card, and numbered 49/49.. so he was probly over caring after signing them all. hahaha

nice auto though.
 
believe it or not im waiting on 2 more redemptions that i redeemed long before this one...i got a box of 10-11 prestige the first week it was released....still waiting for Andrew Bynum to sign his damn stick auto! in fact im like who cares about Bynum?! send me a replacement a few months back and still have heard nothing.
 
Thats a redemption, damn I would not stand for that.
I would get straight on to them and get some replacements organized for that.
 
made up my mind....im sending it back tomorrow.....

Dinged corner is not the best but don't know if I could be bothered waiting another 400 months for a replacement!
 
That it pretty horrible condition for a redemption. Obviously whoever sent it out didnt look at it or didn't care. Pulling a redemption card from a product is the biggest kick in the nuts.
 
yep, i emailed last night but was all automated and gave me a ticket number or something and an address to send it to, i basically told them i was shocked at the condition and sent them the pic of the back of the card. before i posted it off today i actually got an email response from a real person which i wasnt expecting, i got an apology which is a good thing. so i dont know how long im gonna wait for a replacement, but ill let you guys know what happens with this. id say its not likely that they will be able to replace it with the same card, so will be interesting to see what comes in return.
 
That's a shame in regards to the condition but it's good to see some immediate feedback and communication.

Good Luck and I hope you receive something in better condition.
