What's the go with these cards, are they legit?

Seen a few of them around also. No idea how legit they are, but they seem to sell pretty low for such low #ed cards.

They are Panini produced, but they are not 'packed out' into the GS boxes.
They are given away at conventions to dealers and attendees. A lot of people don't value them highly because they are not pack pulled.

Same sort of thing as the Black Friday promo cards

I've grabbed 3 of the aminu ones numbered 5/5 for about $5 each, so they don't seem to carry any value.

The value for me, is far higher than $5.

I just wanted to make sure they were a Panini released card. Un-circulated, I understand, but wanted to make sure it was intended to be released, and was intended to be a real #5/5 card.
