Former Washington Huskies wide receiver John Ross dropped jaws and records last week at the NFL Scouting Combine when he clocked a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it 4.22 40-yard dash time, the fastest in the history of the NFL Combine. As a result, Ross’ first NFL trading cards are likely to disappear just as quickly when they arrive on the Panini Instant platform later today. Ross and fellow Combine superstar Leonard Fournette officially kick off the 2017 Panini Instant NFL season today.
Ross and Fournette are featured on Panini Instant base cards as well as on limited-edition versions numbered to 10 and one. Ross also is the first subject in the Combine Calligraphy autograph set that launches today as well. Fournette’s Combine Calligraphy autographs will launch tomorrow followed by Christian McCaffrey on Friday.
Combine Calligraphy autographs will be available in editions of 25, 10 and only one and will be available for just 24 hours or until the cards are sold out. We’ve provided a quick preview gallery of the upcoming cards in the gallery below. The first 2017 Panini Instant NFL cards launch today at 2 p.m. CST.
