Panini Exchange Help

Hi all. I have panini reward points but I can’t get through the checkout process as it asks me to change my address as it can’t get shipping costs for Australia. Does anyone know how long this has been an issue. Panini say they are trying to fix it but how hard can that be.

Secondly, I got some expired Redemptions replaced for a Kyrie Auto and an Isaiah Thomas RC Auto, but the tracking provided says delivered in Poland. I have tried multiple ways to contact them about it but they just ignore this specific issue. Has anyone else had this problem? Cheers
