If you have any outstanding (over 8 months). Post your redemption request number in here (it's in your profile) as well as the date that you submitted the request if you would like them to try and find an alternative card of their choice sent mention that was well. I'll send off an up to date list around every month but will try and get the first one off on Friday next week. They will be going directly to a person in the CS department who will try and get you your card or answer.
