Earlier today, during our preview of 2012-13 Timeless Treasures Basketball, we alluded to the fact that the Panini America NBA team — specifically Brand Manager Keith Hower and Assistant Brand Manager Wes Elliott — spent a good chunk of yesterday quality controlling 2012-13 Threads Basketball.

The set looks too much like Prestige in terms of inserts, I think Panini needs to work on differentiating their products a bit more. Don't get me wrong, I do like how the inserts look, but I just think they need to mix them up over their releases. Also, not really digging the wood autos this year
