MODENA, Italy — A*business trip*that began for members of Panini America*Wednesday morning in Dallas, Texas, and included a layover in New York*City before an overnight flight across the ocean, finally reached terra firma Thursday morning in Milan, Italy.
Upon arrival, the Panini America contingent, one of 18 Panini subsidiaries descending upon the company’s motherland this week, immediately boarded two buses for a three-hour drive to Panini’s headquarters for a thoroughly compelling tour of the printing plant that started it all.
The sports cards products we’ve grown so accustomed to seeing roll off the*presses*back in Texas were replaced on this Thursday visit with soccer collectibles aplenty and*sticker collections ranging from Transformers to Phineas and Ferb to Hello Kitty and seemingly everything in between.
