CHICAGO — During Thursday night’s first round of the 2015 NFL Draft, the collector-coveted skill positions made an early splash with quarterbacks Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota going first and second overall, respectively, followed by top receivers Amari Cooper (fourth overall), Kevin White (seventh overall) and running back Todd Gurley (10th overall) rounding out the top 10.
Other promising collector-friendly weapons such as receiver DeVante Parker and running back Melvin Gordon also left the board before the first round was even half over.
