Hey everyone, after all the ladder discussion on other threads, I thought this would be an interesting thread. On New Years Day I will average out ladder positions to get a rough position in everyone's opinion.

I think early talk of a Hawthorn three-peat is wishful/fanciful thinking. As often proves to be the case in September, your ladder finish means quite a lot - particularly for Victorian teams.

Think ASASA stuff will knock us around a fair bit, but I like to think we have enough talent to cover as long as it's not 2 years penalties as the outcome ( may be wishful thinking, we'll see soon enough). I think I speak on behalf of every Essendon and AFL supporter, can't wait to have footy back without all the off-field drama. Carn the Dons!
