oz_party_supplies

Hi all, Has anyone dealt with oz_party_supplies on ebay before or had any trouble with them. I bought some 200ct cardboard boxes of them. When ordering it said they have 826 available but 2 days after ordering I got a message saying they didn't have any in stock and they have ordered them and I should have mine in a week. Fair enough but when they arrived I could only fit 150 cards in it. After exchanging a few messages with them they have come to the conclusion that when they use Pokemon cards they can fit 200 cards into the box if they put them into the box facing the lid (little bit hard to explain) but the AFL cards I have don't even fit in that way. I have told them this but they have just pretty much just said that they can fit 200 pokemon cards in so that the boxes are OK. What should I do? Should I open a case against them or keep sending messages back and forth to keep trying to work this out? Any help would be great.

i have dealt with him before and there is no reasoning.

he used to go by a different name. i cant remember, but im sure someone else will remember.

I always get them as rough sizes. With cards like exquisite, jsy, patch and patch cards all come in varying sizes. I got a 400 count box that is only holding about 160 cards and they are all topps echelon really thick. I've dealt with him before but never had an issue

Yeah... he used to go by another name, had many complaints on here about him (heaps of people complained that they bought an item like you and then he had to order it in) as well as other complaints. Avoid!
