Wow did I get a shock yesterday....my card mail these days consists of a card every 2nd week or 2....Yesterday about dinner time my wife tosses a bubble pack my way and I'm dead curious - I'd won nothing lately....
It was from China!
I checked out the sender and it was from a friend of mine I'd met thru KG collecting - a guy who likes Full garnett autos and I'd helped out tracking some down for him. We become good mates and he'd helped me out around the time of the Beijing Olympics with answering some questions about life in Beijing/China for my class at school.
Anyway - he had plans to go to Africa and we hadn't written for a month or 2 when this envelope arrives.
Inside is a great Chinese New year card (Year of the Tiger!!! haha!!) Go Mr Woods!!
And another bubble pack.......
I open it up and out pop this......
Wow!! What a gift!!
I was stunned. I knew this card was in China and he'd tried to help me get it before but I just didn't have the $$ at the time then it arrives outa the blue!!!!
It's not the world's best auto card but I really wanted it because I'm close to the master set of KG #21 06-07 cards....Check em out.....

I'm missing a few copper and gold /50 /100 versions of the Jefferson duals and the KG triples but only about 2 to get I think.....
My friend He Jiyuan is definitely owed something!!
I know some collectors have had trouble with the odd Chinese collector but not me!!! He's been terrific and hopefully will join to show off his amazing rare KG autos...
