opions wanted... on case pre order purchase

hey every1 my mate hegotgame15 and i are discussing if we should pre order and buy a case of the new fleer retro, i said we should go halves and split the case 3 boxes each radomly, however he said he would cut sick if i got a mad case hit or an insane jordan insert and he didnt or vice versa u see he and i only collect rare and high end michael jordan cards and the odds for the new released inserts are very high and the players in the sets and number of cards in the sets have changed aswell, please convince him to go ahead with it !!! im certain we will be able to sell nearly everything we pull from the case execpt any jordans ofcourse lol and make alot of our money back on single card sales, whatever happened to the supreme excitment of opening a case, a box, a pack just for the chance of pulling an insane card ! that alone to me is worth the $1600 !!

Thats what i said, a case each!
Granted, its a fair bit of coin to drop on some box busting fun, but its the only way we will have any chance at getting a jordan PMG!


From the inserts that can be pulled from 2011/12 Upperdeck FLEER retro, its the one and only time i'm considering paying $1600+ on a case!
Only problem is, with $1600 i could buy another crazy MJ BGS 9.5 insert like EX-2000 A cut above.

Yeah i keep looking at it (as in right now), and im just not sold on the product. I think i'd rather buy what people get out of it for my PC and bust something im keen on..

Only thing is because of all the hype surrounding the retro people will be asking big money for inserts because the odds are insanly high !!!

yeah i guess it depends what you are after. for you guys itd be worth it, for me, not so much

I didn't even know I had pulled a $300 card of sum player I can't even remember who it was because I was to busy searching packets for Jordan's lol

I already know i'm gunna want all the MJ inserts from the product to go next to the originals from the 90's i have....
And to be able to pull a PMG, its so tempting!!!
I wanna see a few box breaks before i bite the bullet.....

I think it's going to be a good product.

Especially if you're luck enough to hit one of the Jordan 1/1's that have been inserted. Imagine hitting a Jambalaya Jordan buyback auto 1/1?

There's alot of great cards in this set even if it is college. Jordan college autos still sell better than Gold Standard autos of anybody.

I can't wait to see some of this stuff busted.
